•\tQuantifies and analyzes risk drivers and characteristics for US Auto Finance portfolios

•\tResearches, evaluates, develops, and applies quantitative models and methodologies for analyzing risk exposures and Originations scorecard strategies

•\tPerforms independent statistical and optimization analysis to support credit risk and pricing initiatives covering the lifecycle of retail auto products, in areas such as portfolio migration analysis, economic impact assessment, expected loss/revenue expectation setting, and vintage performance monitoring

•\tSolid understanding of credit scorecard modeling and end-to-end development, and knowledge of machine learning methods is a plus

This is a hybrid role (3 days a week) if you live near one of our hubs in Detroit MI, Wilmington DE, or Mt Laurel PA (outside Philly). If you do not live near these hubs, remote work is an option for highly qualified candidates.

Job Requirements:

•\tBachelor's degree required; Graduate degree preferred or progressive work experience in addition to experience below

•\t10+ years' experience required

•\tProficient PC skills in MS Office and a variety of PC-based analytical and reporting software packages

•\tExperience with the use of Relational Databases and the process of Extract Transform Load (ETL) using common languages such as SQL or SAS

•\tWorking knowledge of SAS Enterprise Miner, FICO Model Builder or Angoss Knowledge Seeker

•\tStrong analytical and problem solving skills are required to interpret data and draw conclusions

•\tFlexibility to adapt to rapidly changing requirements

•\tExtremely strong attention to detail with ability to manage a range of tasks and prioritize

•\tProven ability to develop and maintain productive business/peer relationships

•\tSuperb written and verbal communication skills

•\tExperienced in developing and presenting recommendations to Senior Management

• Must be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position.

•\tActs as the primary regulatory interface on risk issues and requirements for a key business segment of the Bank and assesses and provides direction for existing and new regulations

•\tInterfaces with teams beyond risk in a cross-functional manner

•\tRepresents business on corporate initiatives and identifies key risks and implications and provides direction in complex situations
