Job Requirements:

  • Must be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position.

  • Provides people management leadership by hiring the best talent, setting goals, developing staff, managing employee performance and compensation decisions, promoting teamwork and handling any/all disciplinary actions, as required

  • Manages a team of Business Analysts that are assigned to projects ranging in size, complexity and risk while growing talent, developing skills and capabilities to achieve career goals, support project success and achieve business results

  • Advanced to expert knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices and standards

  • Ability to present and make recommendations to senior management and executives

  • Coordinates and prioritizes multiple initiatives and manages resource allocation

  • Establishes effective relationships with different Stakeholders, Business Sponsors, Executives and LoB

  • Significant resource management responsibilities (includes people management)

  • Provides support and contributes to the overall business analysis discipline and strategy for respective areas

  • Provides coaching, mentorship and guidance to BA practitioners, business, executives within area of expertise

Job Details:

The Manager Business Analysis II oversees and leads a team of Business Analysts / Specialists with accountability for delivering business requirements on a broad range of projects and/or programs varying in risk, size and complexity while aligning to business strategies. Provides leadership, direction and coaching to develop skills and organizational capabilities to meet/exceed strategic goals and achieve business results.
