Job Description:
The AMCB Summer Intern supports their Line of Business in the development and execution of work projects to support the Business' goals & objectives. The Summer Intern embodies TD's Shared Commitments and customer-focused culture.
Consumer Banking
TD is the 8th largest bank in the U.S. with over 10 million customers and more than 1,200 convenient locations from Maine to Florida. Within Consumer Banking, we focus on delivering financial products and services to our customers, including checking and savings accounts, personal loans, mortgages, and credit cards. Our goal is to help people manage their finances effectively and achieve their financial goals through personalized service and innovative solutions. We are responsible for the design, acquisition, engagement, strategy and delivery of deposit and lending products.
Consumer Banking offers internship opportunities in the following groups:
Consumer Deposit & Payment Products (CDPP) focuses on designing and managing TD's checking, savings, CD, and money market products, as well as advancing the bank's payments capabilities. They are responsible for strategy, design, acquisition, pricing, retention, and engagement.
Credit Cards & Unsecured Lending (CCUL) is made up of three lines of business: U.S. Bankcard, which manages the bank's branded credit cards; Retail Card Services, which provides sales financing to retailers like Samsung and Ethan Allen; and Partnership Programs, which offers credit card programs for strategic partners like Target and Nordstrom.
Real Estate Secured Lending (RESL) provides lending products secured by residential real estate, including first mortgages and home equity products.
Distribution Sales, Strategy, & Operations leads store network strategy, including growth and transformation. They also oversee day-to-day store and contact center operations while delivering excellent customer experiences, including integrated sales & advice.
Digital Performance strives to delivers best-in-class digital experiences for customers, including individuals and small businesses by assessing digital performance and identifying enhancement opportunities.
Business Process Excellence identifies critical activities to determine opportunities for cost, controls, and customer experience optimization.

Education & Experience:
Pursuing post secondary degree in business-related disciplines
Knowledge of Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to take initiative and accountability of your actions
Demonstrated leadership qualities
Strong written and oral communications skills
Detail oriented with an ability to handle multiple tasks
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
You must be work authorized in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for employer sponsorship
