Provide specialized Trade Finance (TF) and FX solutions and advisory service to TD commercial clients
Promote Trade Finance and FX products and services to existing clients as well as prospect
Work closely with external stakeholders and government bodies to provide tailor made solutions to clients
Undertakes sales activities to increase Trade Finance and FX share in the client's portfolio.
Improve clients experience by coordinating the service delivery with various internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate with Relationship Managers activities for the development of TF and FX business
Build strong client relationships by providing trusted advisory counselling on TF and FX
Conduct joint calls with Relationship managers to ensure joint sales goals are met, new revenue opportunities are identified, and needs of client are assessed
Obtain customer feedback on products and competition
Enhance client and TD network awareness and experience by arranging Trade Finance and FX Seminars/Training sessions
Work closely with other related departments like operations, FI, Treasury etc.. to ensure smooth service delivery
Provide feedback to management for future action and improvements of Trade Finance service and product requirements in relation to market needs
Liaise regularly with internal and external strategic partners to provide updates on business developments opportunities, Business requirements and Strategy
Job Requirements
Keep abreast of new market developments and client expectations
Sound experience in managing commercial banking relationships
Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
Demonstrated interpersonal and relationship building abilities
Good technical understanding of Trade and FX products and their associated risks
Basic knowledge of latest ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) publications pertaining to trade finance Transactions

Tenir des appels avec les directeurs des relations-clients pour s’assurer d’atteindre les objectifs de vente communs, de repérer les nouvelles occasions de développement d'affaires
Obtenir la rétroaction des clients sur les produits et la concurrence
Organiser des séminaires et des séances de formation destinés aux clients et aux parties prenantes internes dans le but d’accroître leurs connaissances.
Travailler étroitement avec les Opérations pour assurer une prestation fluide des services
Fournir une rétroaction à la direction aux fins de mise en œuvre de mesures et d’améliorations futures à l’égard des exigences des produits et services en fonction des besoins du marché
Communiquer régulièrement avec les partenaires stratégiques internes et externes pour faire le point sur les occasions de développement des affaires, ainsi que sur les exigences et les stratégies d’affaires
