Job Description:

This role offers the opportunity to execute on critical projects and strategic initiatives that impact the Operations space. Candidate must be a self-starter, who will drive and deliver transformative change by leading with the voice of the business and coordinate broader partnership across TDS and/or other TD enterprise functions. Provide opportunity to lead product and data strategy needs across operational groups, while working as part of a cross-functional team. Support management decision making on strategic endeavors that impact policies, processes, products and services aimed at elevating service quality and the way we work.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute a robust product and data strategy roadmap for Strategic Infrastructure projects related to Data Masters and Client Onboarding in the Operations space.

  • Driving initiatives that increase scale of the business, aligning with overall TDS' and Operation's strategy and goals.

  • Liaising with different lines of Operations including Anti Money Laundering, Client Management, Corporate Lending Operations, Data and other Business to coordinate cross functional initiatives, analyze processes and identify areas of opportunities.

  • Aligning Operations business and Other impacted stakeholders in Front Office, Credit, Finance and Technology

  • Support the implementation of strategic data and product driven solutions, that will improve our overall TDS business growth across lines of business including Lending, FI, Equities, Credit, FX and Derivatives.

  • Partnering with Engineering Teams, Business Associates and Product Owners to develop and launch products, ensuring timely and high-quality product delivery.

  • Support communication of success metrics and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including management, executives, clients, and partners both in TD Securities and across the Bank.

  • Ensure all new products and services meet local and international regulatory standards, as applicable, and are managed within a strong control and risk management framework.

  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, regularly reviewing and optimizing the Operations portfolio.

  • Aptitude for building relationships and ability to communicate complex issues to a wide array of business partners with differing levels of product experience.

  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing strategic solutions.

  • Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills to plan and execute change, leveraging research and data including economic insights, market / industry insights, and stakeholder feedback.

  • 5+ years in Operations or related functions.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience in agile development methodologies and working with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products for Operations segments.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
