Department Overview:
The Business Transformation Manager reports to the Director of Business Transformation and will lead the program management component of the groups process transformation. The job will deliver complex cross line of business projects to gain consensus and buy-in to common approaches at an enterprise level.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required in an analytical field such as Business, Process Improvement, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics
5 + Years related experience required in one or more of the following areas: Commercial Lending Operations, Process Improvement, Project management
3 years in teaching and mentoring Black and Green Belts in the use of Lean Six Sigma, with demonstrated results
Ability to manage multiple complex priorities and competing agendas with out express authority over delivery teams
Excellent communication, strategic planning, organizational and interpersonal skills, at all levels in the organization, including working effectively with Executives and Senior Management
Analytical aptitude with an emphasis on investigative, methodical critical questioning and logical thinking, a data-driven decision maker
Extensive background in statistics
Proficiency with Minitab statistical software (or equivalent), as well as with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and MS Project
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
Proven ability to see business processes through a customer lens
Strategic thinker
Change management capability
Results/outcome-oriented and committed to delivering results within aggressive timelines

Job Description:
Develops program roadmap to enable delivery of program components
Oversees and provides direction and guidance to managers of component projects and team to ensure strong co-ordination of efforts amongst them
Sets expectations, directs and motivates direct reports responsible for component projects
Develops program governance and required reporting, monitors and controls program management plans
Manages, monitors, and controls overall program performance and integration of component initiatives, makes necessary adjustments based on business priorities and issues
Keeps informed of changing organizational strategies and priorities to be able to adjust course of the project accordingly
Consolidates and communicates project status to stakeholders as per established governance model and ensures awareness of significant changes to the program status in a timely manner
Maintains strong relationships and communication with CLO, Transformation team and supporting partners
Identifies program risks and develops mitigation plans, monitors and controls project risks
Identifies stakeholders and develops adequate resource plan to support program, ensures resources are mobilized across the program
Develops change management strategy for the program by assessing change management impacts and ensures effective management of change issues across the program
Ensures adherence to TDBG Project Management methodology, including project management processes, discipline and controls are consistently applied to program components
Manages interdependencies and conflicts between these components, deals with escalated issues outside of the control of each component; tracks the contribution of each project to the overall business transformation (program) and ensures that all programs issues are effectively resolved
Ensures project managers and the communication manager work together assessing the effectiveness of ongoing communication activities and adjust the plan as needed, consulting CAPA in the process as required
