Job Requirements:

● Design, develop and implement automated solutions using UiPath

● Identify opportunities and develop business requirements to effectively address issues

● Educate users on the capabilities of automation tools and best practices to fully identify use cases

● Prioritize incoming projects based on key criteria: capacity creation, operational risk avoidance, and control improvements

● Collaborate with cross-function teams in various global locations to define and drive a standardized approach to leverage automation tools

● Develop and maintain good business relationships with “internal clients” and lead, coach, motivate a diverse team to influence and promote a culture of innovation

● Act as an operation group liaison across TD Securities and other TD enterprise automation teams

● Highly motivated individual with a proven track record to deliver results

● Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with an ability to collect and analyze data paired with passion to expand automation skillsets

Job Description:

Reporting to the Manager of Process Innovation and Data Analytics, the Operations Robotic Process Automation Specialist is accountable for partnering with the run-the-bank teams in US Fixed Income and Prime Brokerage Operations to identify, develop, implement and support a variety of automated solutions mainly using UiPath and occasionally other automation tools for repetitive or sensitive processes and tasks.

The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact of these solutions for escalation and problem resolutions and will drive the adoption of automation tools while ensuring that they are compliant with the firms' applicable governance models. The candidate will also be the subject matter expert in process innovation with a strong capability for understanding end to end business processes and be able to recommend and implement solutions within own area of responsibility.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree required

● 3 to 5 years working as business analyst or product owner with experience in Robotic Process Automation tools such as UI Path, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.

● Knowledge of Python or another data-centric, object-oriented programming language such as Visual Basic, Visual Basic Applications is an asset

● Strong communication skills and an ability to articulate complex issues in a concise manner, able to synthesize complex information into simple discussion points

● Knowledge of project/program support, planning, implementation and change management

● Experience with data manipulation and utilizing multiple data source is an asset

● Strong Microsoft suite (specifically Excel)

● Understanding of the global Fixed Income and Prime Brokerage markets, with specific emphasis on the US markets is a plus

● Tenacious mentality and ability to problem solve and ‘think outside of the box’

● Enjoys the challenge of a fast-paced, dynamic, high volume work environment

● Familiar with business process design, analysis, and mapping

● Ability to work successfully as a member of a team and independently

● Proven people leader with a passion to lead, coach, motivate a diverse team and influence the TDS Operations leadership and team members
