Job Description:

The Settlements Analyst will be responsible for Trade settlements in various markets such as DTC, FED and International. The candidate is also responsible for investigating position and cash breaks between the different back office systems. The candidate will interact with both external and internal clients, such as the Client Services team and the Stock Loan trading desk.

• Bachelor's degree, or specialized training/equivalent work experience

• Previous experience settling equity and bond products through DTCC, BNY, Euroclear and other International markets

• Solid understanding of a variety of financial products (equities, fixed income and derivatives)

• Ability to work in a high volume, time-sensitive, high risk and demanding environment

• Excellent analytical skills in assessing risk and issues and finding ways to improve current processes

• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage partners and work well at all levels, including senior management
