  • Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate.

  • Graduate Degree Preferred.

  • 10+ years relevant experience.

  • Ability to work independently on projects that are advanced in complexity, multifaceted and diverse in scope.

  • Readiness to provide leadership and direction to a larger group of IT professionals.

  • Strong subject matter expertise (possessing specialized knowledge in multiple areas) and advocacy skills (to promote integrated delivery of support and solutions), passion to provide recommendations on how to improve and enhance things.

  • Ability to consult with and direct others on topics related to operational support and solutions.

  • Strength in foreseeing issues and gaps and identifying emerging industry trends (i.e. future- focused).

  • Leadership in enhancing knowledge/expertise in TD services, applications, infrastructure, analytical tools and techniques that can contribute to effective solution development/delivery.

  • Willingness to work effectively as a team, helping others to resolve critical service issues.

  • Interest and drive to gain expertise of system development methodologies, key business initiatives/issues, IT implications for systems/technologies and impact on business solutions.

About This Role

We are looking for someone to provide expert advice and lead in system and applications planning, performance, availability, integration, operations and/or release and deployment management.

•\tDefine, deploy and lead systems/applications and technical infrastructure operations to support clients and applications.

•\tIdentify, recommend, source, negotiate and implement solutions (buy/build/reuse) to enhance customer experience, availability, and/or reduce cost in support of client needs.

•\tInfluence product direction, foresee issues and gaps, identify solutions and work comfortably with leading edge products that are untested/ unproven in the market.

•\tManage complex application deployment in load balanced service-oriented environment.

•\tMay help test, debug, analyze and document environment components.

•\tResearch and analyze business requirements to recommend the best solutions within the business technology architecture. collect environment requirements for infrastructure implementation by analyzing the current system environment, using technical tools and utilities.

•\tDevelop and configure environments from conceptualization through stabilization using various platforms.

•\tTroubleshoot initial failures, coordination of resolution efforts and communication with appropriate members.

•\tWork with Architects to ensure that environment modifications interact appropriately, data conversion impacts are considered, and other areas of impact are addressed and meet performance requirements of the project.

•\tDevelop and recommend technical strategies and solutions to maintain and/or expand service levels.

•\tCollaborate with business leaders, IT professionals, vendors to assess viability/priority of projects, ensure issues are clearly communicated.

•\tLead / contribute to the project management processes conduct pre and post implementation reviews.

•\tIntegrate technical solutions with the business environment, recognizing systems interdependencies and reusability, and ensuring seamless delivery.

•\tEnsure appropriate security levels are established and maintained for processes, information exchange and system implementations.
