Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate.
5-7 years relevant experience.
Advanced and extensive knowledge of the business (or organization), technical environment, standards, processes, procedures, programming languages and operating systems.
Readiness and motivation (as senior or lead developer and valued subject matter expert) to address and resolve highly complex and multifaceted development-related issues, often independently.
Strength in coaching and advising clients, partners and project teams.
Commitment to and belief in the quality of your deliverables.
Must be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position.

•\tBe a technology leader on projects to guide business partners on solutions.
•\tSee through a project from conception to finished product. This usually includes develop the low level design, code and unit test the required changes, promote the changes through SIT, PAT, and into production, and provide support through these environments.
•\tUnderstand and request infrastructure changes as required to support development changes (i.e. cloud space, network changes, firewall rules, etc.).
•\tCreate secure, reusable, available and reliable production ready components
•\tImplement web accessibility standards/best practices
•\tMay require work on front end, back end, or database (full stack)
•\tDesign and develop APIs.
•\tWork in a collaborative and Agile environment.
•\tLeverage new/existing servers and databases for functionality.
•\tEnsuring responsiveness for all environments including for mobile phones.
•\tWork alongside graphic designers for web design features.
•\tStaying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.

Preferred Qualifications - Here are the preferred qualifications for this role:
•\tMust be able to work both independently and collaboratively and provide leadership to team member
•\tMust be comfortable in a fast-paced development environment that continually embraces the latest technologies and techniques.
•\tExperience in a high availability production environment is desirable.
•\tExperience with REST, XML, JSON
•\tExperience with writing RESTful interfaces.
•\tExperience with application security requirements.
•\tExperience with code reviews and in-depth code analysis
•\tExperience with Visio or equivalent tool and have experience on UML
•\tUnderstanding of Object Orientation in java script Create wireframes, HTML mockups and prototypes according to business requirements.
•\tExperience translating wireframes to fully functional code that is modular and re-usable.
•\tCollaborating amongst all stakeholders to ensure final design meets design standards - and other applicable standards.
•\tFamiliarity with RDMS such as MySQL or Oracle.
•\tFamiliarity with Jenkins, Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence.
•\tUnderstanding of OAUTH, SAML, and Certificates use.
•\tProficiency with server side languages such as Java, Ruby, PHP, NodeJS. .Net experience is a plus.
•\tFinancial Industry experience is a plus.
•\tExcellent verbal communication skills.
•\tExperience with development on cloud infrastructure is plus
