University or Post-Graduate Degree.
Strong academic background (e.g., computer science, engineering).
3-5 years relevant experience.
Knowledge of specific domain or various engineering frameworks, technology, tools, processes and procedures, as well as organizational issues.
Sound knowledge of TD applications, systems, networks, innovation, design activities, best practices, overall business, standards.
In-depth experience, knowledge and skills in your own discipline.
Can prioritize and manage own workload (under management guidance) to deliver quality results and meet timelines.
Solve moderately complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions

We are looking for someone to perform a broad range of activities while working alongside and supporting others on the Engineering team. You’ll be involved in developing components of solutions with a focus on analytics, support, testing, and proof-of-concepts aligned to business and technology objectives. Develop new solutions for engineering programs and projects and may also develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts aligned to business needs.
Participate in the conceptual and logical engineering designs for assigned portfolio.
Analyze technical requirements to recommend pragmatic and sound engineering specific solutions for your own area.
Work with other stakeholders to ensure engineering solutions meet technical direction, requirements, performance, time-to-market and innovation goals.
Contribute enterprise and business line engineering strategies and mandates.
Respond to routine or standard requests from internal and external customers.
Understand relationships between work processes and the business and ensure awareness of costs related to own work.
Monitor product life cycles, ensuring specifications and functionality support business objectives and engineering decisions, undertaking re-development where required.
Document and verify system components, applications, system infrastructure, security, integration, operability and engineering related architecture designs associated with a program or project.
Participate in quality management reviews, in particular reviews of the designs, prototypes and other requirements work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements.
Develop as-built program activities to establish detail needed using configuration management processes.
Provide support to ensure accuracy of drawings and other technical baseline documents.

Preferred Qualifications - Here are the preferred qualifications for this role:
•\t5+ years experience in security/cyber, security platforms and tools, or BA/BSA in security.
•\tProficient in workflow automation platforms such as ServiceNow, specifically Security Incident Response Module (SIR), Cortex XSOAR (i.e. orchestration platforms) and other security platforms and tools.
•\tBusiness Analyst/Business System Analyst/System Analyst experience is an asset. Work will require technical understanding of platforms, tools and its capabilities, while delivering on functional activities on behalf of the users/Fusion security teams.
•\tAbility to work in ambiguity and independently; must be flexible to deal with changes in a fast paced and new environment, working closely with peers and stakeholders.
•\tOrganizationally astute, with superior influencing, collaboration and communication skills. Ability to digest and summarize complex business and technical scenarios and to communicate those effectively to business leaders and internal stakeholders.
•\tProven change and portfolio manager with the ability to organize, structure, oversee and deliver.
•\tIn order to provide effective oversight, the role requires the incumbent to have a good understanding of the following areas:
o\tGovernance & Cybersecurity frameworks, Privacy, operations, processes, controls and tools;
o\tTechnology operations and processes, DevOps/SecOps knowledge and risk management;
o\tIncident Response/Management processes and practices, cyber security tools, security
•\tExperience in working with governance teams such as finance, strategic sourcing, risk (1B/2) and other internal stakeholders (Fraud, Physical Security, etc.).
•\tUnderstanding/knowledge of NIST and GDPR, as well as experience in the security field considered an asset.
•\tSound knowledge with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, OpenStack) is an asset.
Education and Accreditation:
•\tUndergraduate degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Business/Business Technology Management, IT or related field and experience is an asset.
o\tAccreditation such as Security+, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, ServiceNow (Security Incident Response module ideal) and/or similar is preferred.
