Job Description

• Facilitates and monitors a variety of contract negotiations, including:

o Serving as a point of intake for all negotiation requests

o Suggesting language for the completion of simpler contract negotiations

o Working with internal and external legal counsel to develop responses for more complex negotiations

o Facilitating conversations with stakeholders to ensure proper approval of all exceptions to internal policies

• Works with internal and external legal partners to update and improve standard contracts and negotiation responses

• Maintains and updates current agreements to ensure their proper usage, including:

o Providing feedback and assistance in ensuring current agreements are used and understood by internal partners

o Working with stakeholders throughout the Bank to ensure proper reviews and oversight

• Reviews and responds to questions related to Requests for Proposal, including, but not limited to, the following areas:

o Regulatory and Statutory Compliance

o Insurance and Liability

o Human Resources

• Assist with ongoing department/management needs, including:

o Improving general contract negotiation procedures through language and process standardization

o Conducting and completing routine projects to improve department efficiency and recordkeeping

o Coordinating complex projects in support of departments goals in conjunction with stakeholders and partners in related areas

o Performing necessary monitoring and maintenance as mandated by contractual requirements

• Training partners both within and outside the department in areas associated with contract management

• Participating and evaluating projects and administration to ensure continued compliance with contractual, statutory, and regulatory compliance

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below

•2-4 Years of related experience

•Proven project management skills

•Demonstrated ability to gather information and recommend solutions

•Strong process improvement skills, including the ability to evaluate procedures and recommend improvements

•Excellent communication skills
