Job Requirements:

•\tDeveloper experience and or understanding of modern programming/scripting languages.

•\tUnderstanding of development methodologies and secure software development lifecycle.

•\tAbility to triage and review technical security vulnerabilities and findings.

•\tStrong Application Security knowledge (OWASP Top Ten, CWEs, etc.)

•\tKnowledge and understanding of application security testing (DAST, SAST, SCA, etc.)

•\tUniversity Degree.

•\tInformation Security Certification / Accreditation an asset.

•\t5-7 years of relevant experience.

•\tFirm commitment to staying informed and abreast of emerging security issues, industry trends etc.

•\tAdvanced knowledge of one or more technology controls or security domains, disciplines, and practices.

•\tDemonstrated ability to participate in projects of moderate to high complexity.

•\tAbility and commitment to serve as a subject matter expert on business-specific, cross-functional and enterprise initiatives.

•\tReadiness to participate in projects of moderate to high complexity and provide guidance around complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional, business line or enterprise level.

•\tExperience with information security controls, policies, processes, and industry standards.

Has advanced knowledge of organization, technology controls / security/ risk issues

Experience:

Bachelor's degree required

Information security certification / accreditation an asset

7+ years of relevant experience

Expert knowledge of IT security and risk disciplines and practices

Ensure ongoing compliance with internal / external audit and regulatory requirements. Provide prompt and comprehensive response to all external audit, regulator and compliance requests and findings. Maintain appropriate records of action plans.
