Job Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree required, Masters degree preferred

-15 + years' IT related experience required in the following areas: infrastructure, application management, and IT planning

-Highly motivated individual with a track record of successfully implementing technical solutions across large organizations

-Experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry preferred; experience with Mergers and Acquisitions a plus

-Demonstrated credibility to influence business partners, peers, and executive management

-Ability to drive accountability, set clear goals for the broader team, measure and report results

-Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent work activities

-Strong analysis and problem solving skills

-Ability to work collaboratively and in a matrixed environment

Job Description:

Reporting directly to the CIO of TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, this technology executive is responsible for overseeing the US Consumer Banking Distribution Channels (Branches, ATMs, Call Center, Digital) and Consumer Products (Deposit, Cards, Mortgages and Lending). Working along side the EVP of US Channels Distribution and EVP of US Consumer Products, this executive will be responsible for the development of the technology strategy which supports the Consumer Bank as well as ensuring alignment with the overall Enterprise Technology Strategy.

-Responsible for run the bank operations ensuring the stability and security of the eco-system of technologies.

-Act as a change agent and lead both technology and business teams to adopt agile and move to a product mindset.

-Oversees and manages Enterprise Technology Orchestration in support of portfolio and technology asset utilization and optimization

-Acts as primary relationship manager with assigned business lines; ensures satisfaction with all Technology Solution services

-Ensures high availability of applications, supports responsiveness, excellent transparency, and a strong quality assurance discipline to ensure a high level of technology services within the corporate and enterprise IT portfolio

-Defines vision, strategy, and priorities for assigned LOB

-Provides thought leadership and innovation with regards to technology and associated impact on AMCB's Retail Bank, leveraging enterprise teams, USTS Architecture and industry trends

-Develops and nurtures IT talent for AMCB and the Enterprise; including actionable succession plans and a strong bench

-Consistently delivers on productivity and service targets

-Proactively manages risk and compliance for Retail Technology
