TD Bank Group's Enterprise Real Estate Department provides a variety of services to support all business units across US, Canada and internationally and is responsible for the company's retail and corporate global real estate portfolio. ERE provides real estate strategies and solutions that align with the business units' objectives and ensures that service delivery is timely, cost effective and meets business needs.

As part of the newly formed Corporate Real Estate Market Strategy, Planning, and Occupancy Management team, the Senior Manager, US Corporate Real Estate Workforce Planning & Occupancy Management is a critical role in managing TD's US Corporate Office presence.

Job Requirements:

•\tLead interpretations of complex business issues, generating multifaceted insights, and identifying opportunities to drive business growth and value.

•\tMust be comfortable communicating with the line of business (end user) to define the business problem and translate that qualitative information into quantitative data which can be used to perform analysis to generate insight that addresses the business questions. In other words, act as a bridge to translate business requirements to analytics and reporting needs.

•\tInterpret analytic outputs and data by using visualization to illustrate business insights

•\tIdentify tools and processes to solve issues identified in analytics studies, as well as inputs from the ERE innovation engine, the IDEAS Program.

•\tProvide deep technical knowledge and expertise to explain complex data analysis related material

•\tApply understanding of respective business strategies to produce relevant and meaningful data analysis to support business goals and objectives

•\tDevelop analysis to illustrate business trends and identify areas of business opportunities

•\tProduce insights and recommend business actions to support business strategy and/or solve business problems

•\tBuild business requirements and facilitate project execution to develop insights

•\tWork in partnership with various functional areas to provide day-to-day support and delivery of analytics

•\tProvide insight into leading analytic practices to benchmark the industry and guide the continuous improvement of our approach to innovation and analytics that support the delivery of sustainable cost savings

•\tParticipate in knowledge transfer within the team and business units

•\tDevelop powerful business insights from social, marketing and industrial data

•\tRecommend new business or operational strategies based on analysis and insights

•\tMust have the abilities to work on a team, but often remote from direct supervisor and connect in a virtual work environment

•\tSupport a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation, and teamwork

•\tServe as an ambassador for the benefits of data driven decisions

•\tPrioritize and manage own workload, consisting of multiple projects at a given time, to deliver quality results and meet assigned timelines

Responsible for providing subject matter expertise, analytical interpretation, and insights to recommend actions that will enable sound business decisions and/or resolve complex business problems. This role will work in partnership with multiple TD businesses to generate meaningful insights and sustainable cost savings opportunities for Enterprise Real Estate (ERE).

Qualifications:

•\tGraduate degree or Bachelor’s degree with work experience as noted below

•\t4+ years of related experience

•\tStrong finance background recommended

•\tExcellent oral and written communication skills.

•\tExcellent analytical skills

•\tAbility to work with analytics/data set software for analysis and visualization (i.e. Tableau, MS Excel, MS Access, Tririga, Python, R, etc.)

•\tStrong diplomacy skills and ability to manage and influence people with diverse viewpoints

•\tA professional approach, ability to interact with all levels within the organization and build productive relationships
