Job Requirements:
- Must be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position.Work experience equivalent to Bachelor's degree
More than 5 years of related experience
IACC (International Association of Conference Centers) certification
Demonstrates record of progressively responsible positions and supervisory roles
Responsible for direction and management of division staff
Required expertise in hospitality, food and beverage, event planning or Conference Center/Venue Management
Expertise and proven track record for effective and creative design and management of multiple and/or simultaneous programs and events
Working knowledge of new developments in event and hospitality industry, including new products, services, and trends
Excellent logistical and strategic planning experiences
Resourceful and creative in program design and staff interface and exchange
Ability to use good judgment, think critically, and organize event information and resources to make appropriate recommendations
Must have experience interacting with senior management as well as leading initiatives within a rapidly growing organization
Demonstrates creativity in style, approach and customization of various program management
Experienced manager, with a successful record of staff supervision, training and evaluation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Assertive, decisive and results-oriented, but also demonstrates adaptive style in order to develop strong and effective relationships at every level of the organization
Proven ability to work collegially with diverse groups
May be required to travel within company footprint for events, meetings and programs as part of Corporate Events or Major Brand Sponsorship programs
Ability to work extended hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends, and, infrequently, off-site for distance locations

Job Description:
Drives continuous improvement to service, product and process
Direct interface/liaison with the CEO, Board of Directors within the Bank
Develops and sustains good relationships with senior leadership across the organization
Oversees and guides a responsible expense management model
Provides immediate response and supports through communication, requests and issues
Manages, coaches and leads a highly effective team to drive continued development
Establishes team workflow and responsibilities
Manages vendors to ensure quality service standards are met
Backfills, as needed, the event planning role
Sets up confidential meetings; handle high level confidential documents
Troubleshoots through difficult situations to get the job done
Manages theft of food and navigate through the politics of this
Manages high level expectations and solve problem situations
