The US Credit Cards and Unsecured Lending Technology Solutions (USCC TS) organization designs, builds, and supports the diverse technology ecosystem which underpins TD's Card business in the US (consumer, private label, partnerships / co-brand). USCC TS has embarked on a multi-year journey to shift the way we deliver value to our customers by adopting a product-based delivery approach, and are looking for passionate, hands-on team members.

Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate
Graduate Degree preferred.
7+ years relevant experience.
•\tExpert knowledge of system analysis process and techniques
•\tExpert knowledge of systems and applications supported by the team including system components, functionality, interfaces, data flows, and business rules
•\tExpert knowledge of enterprise technology delivery practices and standards and related expertise including design, development, testing and project management
•\tAdvanced to expert understanding of credit card business
•\tExperience with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies

About This Role
Business Systems Specialist of the Data and Partnerships product area is primarily accountable for planning, managing and leading the delivery of detailed system requirements and technical / functional specifications in alignment with standards and frameworks. Business Systems Analysis Specialist will be responsible to provide technical leadership and work in close partnership with business partners / technology / project teams and stakeholders to plan, elicit, analyze, document, communicate and manage detailed functional specifications that align with the Bank's overall strategy to leverage data as a competitive advantage for TD.

- •\tDevelop effective and efficient solutions by researching/analyzing current state system capabilities and defining technology solutions options / recommendations working closely with key technology partners.•\tDefine, document and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications considering nonfunctional requirements. •\tSupport testing teams in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, user acceptance, and operational acceptance testing. •\tSupport and contribute to project management activities by participating in the scoping and estimating of project efforts, risks identification and mitigation measures recommendation, communicating activity status and providing timely notification and escalation of possible issues/problems to the Project Manager.•\tParticipate in quality management reviews, particularly reviews of the designs, prototypes and other requirements work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements.•\tEnhances knowledge / expertise in own area and keeps current with leading-edge technologies trends.•\tContinuously enhance knowledge of Credit Card business domain and their products/services•\tPartners with Product Owner(s) to build, refine, prioritize and deliver product backlog.•\tEffectively prioritizes and delivers technical debt alongside capability enhancements.•\tImplements appropriate development standards, practices, and procedures in compliance with enterprise guidelines.
