Job Requirements:

Undergraduate degree or specialization in one of the fields below,

7 + years of relevant experience from a Information Management, statistical, mathematical, scientific or financial background

or Graduate Degree and 5+ years relevant experience

Proficient PC skills including a strong competency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and a variety of analytical and reporting software packages

Advanced knowledge of programming languages (i.e. SAS/SQL/ R, Visual Basic, Python)

Ability to navigate multiple platforms and different data environments

Strong analytical and program solving skills are required to interpret data and draw conclusions

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Job Description:

The Business Insights Specialist will provide analytical support and reporting for the expanded programming in Customer Engagement, Personalization, and "Always On" ongoing customer communication. The specialist will play an important role in a small, core group of stakeholders translating business needs into customer marketing initiatives. The role will provide analytics to support customer-focused data requirements/data availability, customer marketing campaign/initiative measurement and ongoing impacts on customer behavior. This role will develop an understanding of the variety of customer communication channels and work with partners to best deliver personalized messaging utilizing these channels.

 Provide analytical and reporting day to day Analytical support for Customer Engagement, Personalization, Customer Pathways and Always on Customer trigger programs

 Act as the primary interface with Customer Marketing to bridge and translate business requirements to data requirements, Analytics, and reporting needs for Customer Engagement programs

 Collaborate with business leads to review Customer engagement program objectives and propose key performance indicators to measure the impact of those programs. Also review data requirements to translate key performance indicators into data driven metrics which can be tracked on a regular basis.

 Evaluate the impact of Customer onboarding programs, personalization tactics and

 The analyst will also perform customer level analytics to evaluate the true value of customers acquired through the various marketing tactics and quantify the impact of any change in behavior from engagement strategies.

 Propose audience targeting and segmentation recommendations based on behavior analytics to maximize return on investment for Marketing programs

 Provide data requirements for data ingestion needs to support Always On and trigger- based Customer Engagement programs

 Present and communicate generated insights and recommended business actions to business leaders in an easily digestible manner

 Apply collaborative and strong stakeholder management approach to constructively influence and persuade stakeholders and partners where appropriate
