Job Description

The Business Management Analyst is responsible for providing specialized guidance and support for the Personal Lending team to meet business management, strategy and governance objectives. Responsible for managing complex reporting, analysis, and assessments.

Job Requirements

• Runs daily, weekly and monthly reports for Personal Lending line of business to deliver insights that can inform and shape product design and development, customer engagement, account management and business decision making

• Use statistical, analysis and data extractions programs to connect and query data and prepare summaries and reports

• Experienced professional role providing specialized guidance/ assistance to function supported

• Focus on short to medium-term (weekly-monthly), non-routine specialized/ complex issues and/or escalated matters

• Independently perform tasks from end to end


• Undergraduate degree

• 1-3 years relevant experience preferred

• Strong communication skills - both verbal and written

• Understanding of database and reporting platforms

• Ability to connect data from multiple data sources and systems

• Strong proficiency writing code, extracting data, providing data analysis & preparing summaries and reports

• Proficient PC Office skills

• Strong competency in statistical, analysis and data extractions programs like SAS, R, Phyton, SQL, Tableau, Excel

• Independently perform tasks from end to end

• Consumer Banking Product or Finance Background preferred
