Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Process Mining Manager to join our Colleague Confidence & Capabilities team within CPB Operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a passion for uncovering insights and patterns through data analysis. The ideal candidate will possess strong process and data analysis skills with the ability to proficiently learn new technologies to achieve business objectives. Job Responsibilities:
Develop a process mining framework and governance to visualize and analyze end-to-end business processes within CPB Operations.
Engage with key stakeholders to understand processes and identify suitable use cases for process mining.
Collaborate with data teams to extract, transform, and load data to Process Mining system.
Analyze process-related data to identify patterns, deviations, and root causes.
Translating complex data findings into compelling narratives with actionable recommendations.
Share strategic insights to leadership team to support long-term business objectives.
Work effectively across businesses, partners, and support groups to help drive positive outcomes.
Configure and maintain process mining tool to align with business needs.
Job Requirements:
Experience: 7+ years in a business management or operational capacity, with demonstrated success in process improvement, data analysis, and business management.
Experience with process mining tools and methodologies is an asset.
Lean Six Sigma: Green Belt or Black Belt Certification is an asset.
Analytical Mindset: Strong proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics, with the ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data and ideas clearly to non-technical audiences.
Independence: Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
Curiosity & Problem-Solving: A natural curiosity and eagerness to take on new challenges and find innovative solutions.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and senior leadership to achieve business goals.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
