Job Requirements:

Manages the coordination of all onboarding aspects between HR, hiring managers, recruiting, TD Wealth compliance, and new hires for all new hires in Distribution core roles (FA, RM, IA, CSA)
Acts as a single point of contact for leadership and responds to any questions related to the end-to-end onboarding
Develops and maintains a process for onboarding
Develops and implements timelines & SLAs; builds and maintains reporting
Develops role profiles for all Distribution roles to define software and system access by role
Leads the coordination with new hires to ensure all system access, real estate, technology, login credentials, key cards/keys/badges, NDIP and SEC required portable signage disclosures, business cards, corporate card, blackberry, etc. have been provided and obtained
Monitors, tracks and reports trainee progress to leadership
Manages the coordination of the scheduling and registration of training
Manages 3rd party relationships with training providers including scheduling services and payment of invoices
Coordinates with Training, Development & Practice Management teams to ensure excellent preparation of all candidates to engage clients and partners
Performs other duties as required
Coordinates HR changes between people managers and HR as needed
Creates role specific new hire orientation for new employees
Partners with HR, Compliance, Recruiting and US Wealth Sr. Management as required
Leadership through physical office presence required

Job Profile Summary
The Distribution Onboarding Team Lead leads staff, assigning, prioritizing and monitoring work, provides coaching and guidance to Onboarding Coordinators. This individual is responsible for designing, implementing, modifying and maintaining a standardized process to complete all aspects of end-to-end onboarding. The Distribution Onboarding Team Lead is responsible for the management and oversight of our licensing and registration programs for individuals required to obtain securities registrations and insurance licenses as well as the procurement and scheduling of 3rd party vendors to provide program support. The role will lead the coordination with HR partners related to posting, recruiting and tracking Distribution hires and is responsible to provide executive level reporting related to staffing.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
4+ years related experience
Six Sigma certifications preferred
Track record of identifying efficiencies & process improvement
Motivated self-starter with ability to work independently
Proven ability to coach, train and develop others
High degree of organizational, planning & time management skills
Understanding of insurance licenses and securities registrations and the processes needed to obtain same
Attention to detail and effective project management skills.
Strong ability to understand & simplify complex information and processes for the benefit of all participants
Excellent communication & presentation skills to all levels of stakeholders through a variety of mediums
Expert proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
