Department Overview:
This Workforce Manager will work in Real Estate Secured Lending (RESL), which involves a complex product portfolio and multiple operational roles with varying responsibilities. Work consists of a wide variety of loan products with different complexities, task times and required resources. Job function includes complex tactical and strategic resource planning to inform RESL leadership/management team of capacity and hiring needs, as well as optimal deployment/management of resources.
Demonstrated experience with tactical and strategic resource planning in similar complex work environments.

Job Requirements:
Beginning with a solid understanding of reporting requirements in the Banks Residential Lending operations environment, assumes responsibility for maintenance of existing reporting requirements
Sets design requirements for new reporting solutions that build upon and enhance the quality of existing operations reporting requirements, and as such be comfortable translating business requirements into technology requirements
Understands business partner needs, with a particular emphasis on the US credit, debit, and checking business line portfolios
Maps available data from the operational level to enterprise level reporting, and build both manual and automated mechanisms for ensuring that data is retrieved on a regular, repeatable basis
Interprets retrieved data to drive actionable business insights, and prepare and package those insights with a high degree of quality and consistency
Develops and assist with the implementation of data related policies and standards
Provides expertise on systems functionalities like the creation of reports and ways to use data efficiently
Conducts data analysis identifying operational fraud trends
Conducts ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required to support both the US Fraud operations needs as well as those of the Business Management & Governance team and the broader FC&FMG business group

Job Description:
The WFM Manager, US Operations, RESL, manages functions and maintains scheduling, forecasting, capacity planning, process optimization and best practices are implemented. The role requires a solid understanding of and familiarity with typical bank middle and back office information processing systems. Additionally, the role must be able to derive informative insights from myriad and disparate data sources and be able to report those insights along with other critical information in a succinct and easy to consume fashion.

Qualifications:
Undergraduate level education in Business/Computer Science/Mathematics/Economics or other quantitative discipline
Demonstrated experience with tactical and strategic resource planning in similar complex work environments preferred - Residential Lending
7+ years experience preferred
Fraud accreditations, such as CFE, is preferred
Experience in tailoring communication to ensure that technical details are thoroughly researched, while communications are clearly rolled up to ensure the business is fully aware of the implications of decisions without being overwhelmed by technical terminology
Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills and demonstrated ability to work independently are required, as initially this role will be a single contributor and will be required to maintain an existing work portfolio while building a team
The candidate should have an ability and interest in working with data, preferably with the ability to understand and explain a logical entity relationship diagram
Demonstrated time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in order to meet deadlines while ensuring high quality of work
Strong communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to provide clear and concise summary of relevant data to Senior Leadership
Experience within Data Warehousing /Business Intelligence environment preferred
Experience in the banking fraud business, in particular with large US bank operations
Proven history of making an impact, developing and executing on strategies and delivering superior results in a high volume, fast paced environment
Excellent team player with demonstrated relationship management skills and a superior ability to make motivate a team and make things happen through the use of positive influence
