Job Description:

The Debit Card Operations Specialist II is responsible for the support of Debit Card Operations research, investigations of Regulation E and non-Regulation E affidavits and specialty call support to the combined Debit Card Operations business.

Depth & Scope

Supports more complex investigations and research functions related to Debit, ATM, PIN and POS transactions

Completes all necessary preparatory work

Provides monetary transaction support

Completes data entry

Handles research of Regulation E claims

Handles research and resolution of rejected items and Debit Card Production

Supports the results of Debit Card investigations

Provides direct customer phone support for the combined Debit Card Operations business
