Department Overview:

Workforce manager will work in Real Estate Secured Lending (RESL) which involves a complex product portfolio and multiple operational roles with varying responsibilities. Work consists of a wide variety of loan products with different complexities, task times and required resources. Job function includes complex tactical and strategic resource planning to inform RESL leadership/management team of capacity and hiring needs, as well as optimal deployment/management of resources.

Job Requirements:

  • Builds foundational skills in the Work Force Management and/or Data Analytics and Reporting discipline, while developing strong partnerships with business executives, people managers and employees, and key partners as you learn how to best provide support and solutions to the North American Phone Channel.

  • Partners with executives and participates in the success of the business by offering strategic solutions which align with the CoE support responsibilities

  • Develops individual runway for EWFM and/or Data Analytics and Reporting roles gaining the following competencies: Leadership, Relationship Management, Frontline Management, Coaching, Problem Solving and Strategic Thinking

  • Acts as a champion to support the vision of the business and EWFM through leadership

  • Meets key milestones and timelines established during the program

  • Proactively builds and demonstrates a solid understanding of EWFM and/or Data Analytics and Reporting practices and policies

  • Must be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position.

Job Description:

The WFM Manager supports and manages the operational and workforce management functions across all contact center businesses in various geographical locations; ensuring scheduling, forecasting, enterprise capacity planning, workforce management process optimization and best practices are implemented. The WFM Manager is exposed to the various WFM functions of scheduling, intra-day, forecasting and Capacity planning which will allow you to gain valuable experience in contact center operations Additionally, this job works on projects and initiatives specific to the business needs within Enterprise Workforce Management.

Qualifications:

  • 7 years' experience

  • Post-secondary education in a business related designation is preferred

  • Demonstrated experience with tactical and strategic resource planning in similar complex work environments preferred

  • Strong interpersonal skills, the drive energy and commitment to learn, grow and succeed
