1 + years related experience; high-volume recruitment experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated interviewing experience preferred
Knowledge of recruiting and employment practices preferred
Knowledge of federal and state employment laws preferred
Ability to develop optimal relationships with associates and hiring managers
Negotiation skills, interpersonal skills and proven ability to develop strong business partnerships with client groups
Computer literacy and proficiency in common PC applications including Internet recruitment tools; experience using data management tools, particularly Excel, is strongly preferred
Excellent communication, organizational, presentation and customer service skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to maintain the confidentiality of records and personal information
The US Contact Center Recruiter I develops and delivers effective talent acquisition and diversity plans and programs to source and deliver superior talent to the US Phone Channel line of business.
Depth & Scope:
Focuses on sourcing and hiring for the US Contact Center line of business.
Requires working professional level knowledge of high-volume recruitment. This is a fast-paced, deadline driven recruitment environment where superior service delivery is expected.
Provides training to other recruiters on best practices, processes, etc. as well as guide junior team members for the completion of business-as-usual functions
Focuses on short to medium-term (weekly-monthly), non-routine specialized/ complex issues and/or escalated matters
Independently performs tasks from end to end, with minimal direction from management
