Department Overview

The Operations Supervisor I oversees operations of several functions or processes within assigned team/unit.

Job Description

• Supervise, develop, coach and motivate assigned team

• Ensure service and productivity standards are met

• Support and assist with the implementation of company policies, procedures and practices

• Research and resolve issues that cross several areas of operations and other areas of the company

• May participate in cross-functional project teams and task groups, including those in support of conversion activities

• Verify accuracy and completeness of assigned staff's work, identifying and addressing training opportunities as appropriate

Job Requirements

  • Must be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position.

• Bachelor’s degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below

• 3-5 Years of related experience

• Prior leadership experience

• Proven ability to coach and mentor others

• Proven ability to provide conflict resolution

• Strong ability to successfully balance competing priorities in a fast paced environment

• Proven analytical skills with ability to identify problems and implement solutions

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with ability to successfully influence others

• Excellent Customer service and computer skills

• Must be available to work flexible hours determined by the needs of the department

• Demonstrated knowledge of principles, policy, and practices related to assigned department

Hours 11:00 am to 8:00 pm
