Job Description:

The Business Management Specialist manages a diverse portfolio of business management activities for complex or high risk functional area(s), and implement policies / processes and/or initiatives to meet business management, strategy and governance objectives. Interfaces regularly with management in the delivery of work activities.

• Key accountabilities include:

o Support identification and management of Corporate Defense Workstream Integration deliverables to enable appropriate staffing, timely completion, tracking and documenting;

o Provide proactive organization, communication and support to TD's Corporate Defense and First Horizon Corporate Security staff involved in the Integration;

o Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to Bank leadership at all levels and to the Integration Management Office;

o Attend and actively participate in integration meetings as needed, including as delegate for the Corporate Defense Integration Lead;

o Keep Corporate Defense and Risk timely and properly informed of significant activities, decisions and risks
