Job Requirements:
Defines, coordinates, and undertakes project milestones and tasks relating to data gathering, user interviews, and cost benefit analysis and defines business needs for highly complex projects
Manages vendor selection process, analysis, proposals and partner development
Manages and leads cross-functional teams
Provides leadership for large project teams
Establishes file requirements, processing specifications, designs the layouts of files/reports/screens, determines system security controls, data collection and verification methods
Approves written support documentation such as system and operational procedures, processing flowcharts, functional/detail design specifications and data models
Chairs weekly project meetings throughout project life cycle
Focuses on project mission, communication of status, identification of risk and impacts to schedule and budget
Manages project issues log and drives timely resolutions
Performs integration testing, conversions including pilots and branch rollouts
Manages staff, including performance appraisals, developmental coaching and disciplinary actions
Provides ongoing support for new production systems, interfaces, business units, vendors and IT support
Maintains an in-depth knowledge of hardware, software, interfaces and communications platforms applicable to the system
Monitors all implementation, conversion and installation tasks

The Business Unit Technology Manager II is primarily responsible for managing the implementation of major vendor package systems in all lending and specialized business units.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below
5+ Years Systems Analyst or Financial Services business/application experience
Demonstrates understanding of project management technology, and working knowledge of MS Project, Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes
Strong time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to systematically analyze and evaluate problems in technical and business operations
Ability to coordinate information and activities among groups with differing agendas, across multi-functional areas; ability to accept direction from various business leaders; maintains strong working relationships
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Related certifications a plus
Must be able to travel as required
