Takes accountability for creating a positive Employee Experience across Commercial
Leads the change management associated with all the programs and projects that will impact Commercial Lending & Credit Management holistically to ensure the team delivers on the strategic objectives
Ensures that Commercial Lending & Credit Management is tracking to monthly and annual budget and key risks associated with deviations
Provides thought leadership on all strategic initiatives that impact different areas of Commercial Lending & Credit Management and ensures that the associated improvement in financial results are being achieved and delivered.
Leads the annual financial planning and head count planning processes across the organization and ensure budget reflects the plan and the overall strategic direction of Operations
Oversees team to ensure all strategic policies, procedures & guidelines of conduct. Ensures that the entire Commercial Lending & Credit Management follows corporate learning standards and practices such as compliance training, process training, AOM, P3 etc
Partners with USTS, TRMIS, Modelling teams, the Bank's Project Management Office, data providers, OCDO, and Executive Management in executing initiatives while adhering to TD Bank governance and system requirements
Influence change across a broad and complex organization
Provides thought leadership and leads team on complex business problems for the division including projects to further automate the lending process
Works with the division to ensure ongoing integration of credit models and other third-party software for the most effective and efficient portfolio management tools
Manage a budget of $10MM for large organization projects
Coaches Employees to ensure activities are undertaken and completed
Coordinates the sharing of information, skills, and knowledge across Commercial Lending & Credit Management
Leads change through positive reinforcement of milestones and successes escalating key issues to more senior management as necessary
Provides leadership and guidance to project related staff and/or business lines in support of the strategic project portfolio
Engages in handling the divisions data management and related testing on division requirements to ensure the appropriate of user acceptance testing and mitigating impacts to division operations
Additional Details:
• Strategic thinker, focused future, foresees gaps and trends, will use their influence to ensure direction across the commercial division, collaborate with Business Partners to ensure compliant with overall strategy.
• Serve as operations Senior Lead for Programs impacting credit management working with Commercial Credit Management to facilitate bank wide initiatives, reporting, market expansion, consolidation, system changes, and best practices applying high level of expertise and project management skills.
• Challenges status quo, conducts period reviews of operational excellence and drives positive change by being a 'change agent' ultimately with the focus of ensuring commercial underwriting consistency.
• Collaborate with credit management senior leadership and TD University to build and deliver comprehensive credit management training programs, to develop, coach and mentor credit analyst trainees.

The Operations Excellence - Quality, Productivity Manager enables strategic transformation of Commercial Lending Credit Management in alignment with Commercial Strategy, in close partnership with the Head of Strategic Initiatives and control partners. This role provides strategic leadership and guidance to Commercial Lending and Credit Management managers and their operations. This role also effectively manages internal and external resources and/or vendors in coordination of completing strategic priorities.

Qualifications:
4 Year degree or equivalent experience required in an analytical field such as Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Quality, Economics, etc.
10+ Years related experience required in one or more of the following areas: Quality systems, Project management, Strategic Analysis, Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Deep subject matter expertise in Risk Management and Stress Testing
4 years' experience in leading change across large complex organizations.
Quality systems, project management, strategic analysis.
Proven ability to build and managed collaborative business and technology relationships.
Ability to manage multiple complex priorities and competing agendas without express authority over delivery teams.
Ability to effectively communicate strategy in the form of written documents (such as emails) as well as PPT presentations
Solid executive presence, adept at interacting with diverse groups of internal clients, and interacting with senior executives of a large organization
Ability to attract, inspire and bring out the best in team members
High integrity and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications:
• 7+ years demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of credit policies and procedures, with strong credit underwriting and administration leadership with the ability to identify and mitigate risk is preferred over QMS skills
