Department Overview:

TD takes an enterprise approach to managing Insider Risk with responsibilities and controls owned and operated by Business Segments, Corporate and Oversight Functions across the organization. Insider Risk is managed through various programs, policies, training, tools and technology that continue to evolve and adapt to an ever-changing threat landscape. Insider Risk encompasses the risks posed by an employee, contractor, or trusted third party with legitimate access to TD.

Enterprise Insider Risk Management (EIRM) is global in scope and is a second line function that provides oversight and challenge to the rest of the Bank. Enterprise Insider Risk Management owns the enterprise governance model for Insider Risk management at TD and consolidates and aggregates individual Insider Risk management efforts to strengthen and manage at the enterprise level.

Job Description:

The Senior Analyst, Enterprise Insider Risk reports to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Insider Risk Program.

The Senior Analyst, Enterprise Insider Risk will provide objective guidance, support and advice to assigned portfolio, business or function to promote strong Insider Risk controls and processes are in effect to mitigate inherent associated risks.

The Senior Analyst's experience, accountabilities and responsibilities include:

• Contribute to the development and implementation of the Enterprise Insider Risk Program (EIRP).

• Perform periodic and targeted monitoring like QA and QC reporting, testing and business KPIs.

• Coordinate and educate business governance and control partners to promote consistency in the application of Insider Risk in other Risk Programs,

• Work with business management, and with internal and external business partners (i.e.: Internal Audit, external consultants) to respond to regulatory requests, findings, audits and/or examinations.

• Keep abreast of emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements in the Insider Risk industry and assess potential impacts.

• Coordinate with business governance and control partners to promote consistency in the application on Insider Risk in Risk Programs and Standards across the enterprise.

• Support in determining risk exposure, mitigation, and controls for new products, marketing campaigns and protect the interests of the organization.

• Identify and manage risks and promote the prompt and thorough resolution of escalated non-standard, high risk issues.

• Collect, aggregate and analyze data to identify potential threats, develop baselines and analyze trends.

• Summarize complex data into case summarize or reports for distribution to an executive audience

• Three or more years of IT operations/security analytics or risk analysis experience.

• Possess or have the proven capacity to quickly build a strong knowledge base of Insider Risk Management and leading practice around the prevention, detection and response to Insider Risk.

• Knowledge and experience with data analytics tools and platforms including Splunk and User Behavioral Analytics products would be an asset.

• Self-driven, motivated to excel, ability to work with minimal supervision, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced and, at times, high pressure environment.

• Creative, out-of-the-box thinker, with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.

• Must have solid planning skills as well as written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to easily relate to peers and management
