Job Requirements:

•\tThe Change Mgmt Specialist Lead plans and/or executes on the end-to-end delivery of Change Management activities throughout the

lifecycle for assigned programs / projects / initiatives in alignment with the change management strategy and business objectives

•\tHighly seasoned professional role requiring substantial knowledge / expertise in a complex field and knowledge of broader

related areas

•\tLeads the change management workstream for programs/projects of significant scale / complexity

•\tAccountable for own work and sometimes others; acts as an escalation point or knowledge resource related to change

methodology / tools for others in their own area or on the project team

•\tResponsible for the quality and timeliness of all change management deliverables for the program / project or multiple


•\tConsults with senior stakeholders to ensure change management is meeting the needs of the business and project / program

•\tProvides advice and guidance on which components of TD's Change Methodology & Framework should be in scope to align

with the project / program goals

•\tIntegrates knowledge of change management methodology with the overarching business strategy and project / program

strategy to recommend and implement effective change management interventions, across multiple stakeholder groups

•\tInterprets internal/external business challenges and the industry environment, recommends course of action and best practices

to improve change management efficacy

•\tActs as a subject matter expert / lead, integrating cross-function understanding within their own field of specialty; manage

team(s) of related specialists

•\tSolves complex problems; leads efforts or partners with others to develop and implement new solutions

•\tUses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgement and identify solutions

•\tImpacts the achievement of project / program or business objectives for scoped work

•\tWork is guided by policies and industry standards/methods

•\tCommunicates difficult concepts; converts information to compelling business context and advice; influences and gains

alignment across senior stakeholders

•\tWorks autonomously as the lead and guides others within area of expertise

Acts as the change management lead for Tier 2, high risk, strategic and regulatory projects or programs; may lead on Tier 1

•\tSupports the development, growth and maturity of the AMCB Change Management Centre's practice

•\tEngages and contributes to TD Enterprise Change Management Community of Practice



Job Description:

As a senior change practitioner in AMCB Shared Services Enablement's (SSE) Change Management Center of Excellence (COE), you will plan, organize, execute, and measure change strategies for large, complex transformation programs. You will partner with Executive Sponsors and transformation teams to adapt proven practices in change management to fit with initiative goals and designs. You will serve as the change management lead for one or more strategic banking initiatives, able to independently lead matrixed change management teams. Your change leadership will accelerate realization of initiative benefits, including rapid adoption of new ways of working, shorter organizational learning curves, and improved employee engagement.

Your leadership will support and advance TD's commitment to enterprise-wide change management excellence. Undergraduate degree

Relevant Change Management Accreditation

7+ years related experience, working in a project environment

Advanced knowledge of change management principles, industry best practices, lines of businesses supported, project

management, organization practices, business culture(s) and business transformation

l Knowledge of current and emerging trends

l Knowledge of risk management environment, standards and regulations

l Knowledge of project/program support, planning and implementation

l Ability to contribute to strategic direction of the function and provide advice to senior leadership

l Ability to lead, plan, implement and evaluate program/project activities to ensure completion of product initiatives

l Skill in mentoring, and coaching

l Skill in using software tools, data analysis methods and reporting techniques

l Skill in using computer applications including MS Office

l Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form

l Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams and functions

l Ability to work successfully as a member of a team and independently

l Ability to exercise sound judgement in making decisions

l Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines

l Ability handle confidential information with discretion

Highly preferred experience:

• At least 6-7 years' experience designing and leading change management programs as part of strategic banking initiatives

• Extensive experience partnering with delivery teams, including the development of change management plans and budgeting

• Extensive experience serving as change advisors to executive sponsors and Division-level leaders

• Prior internal and/or external management consulting experience

• Direct work experience with TD AMCB is an asset.

• Advanced degree, MBA or Change Management accreditation is preferred.
