Job Requirements:

Provides diversified support to the TD Bank Board of Directors as needed

Assures timely and confidential dissemination of material to all concerned and the confidential destruction of materials

Ensures arrangements for meeting facilities and catering are well executed

Receives Customer concerns directed at the President's or Market Manager's office and ensures they are routed to the appropriate Executive/President for resolution

May personally represent the Senior Executive through experienced and polished interaction leaving an elevated professional image with the Customer

Plans and implements special events for Senior Executives including multi-day activities

Ensures travel preferences, accommodations, meetings and agendas and care of guests are delivered without incident for small to large groups

Works with external vendors and service providers to ensure consistent high-quality function support, facilities and catering

Ensures the Executive's complex itinerary is accommodated through detailed travel arrangements coordinating demanding schedules

Reserves air charter service for the President and Senior Executives as required

Ensures own work is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines, as detailed in policies located on Company intranet; policies include but are not limited to Fair Lending, Know Your Customer, Bank Secrecy Act and other applicable anti-money-laundering policies

Provides desktop support specific to department tools and software applications, assisting users and coordinating issues before escalating to technology staff

Works with department personnel to develop, update and implement changes to departmental administrative procedures and operational policies

Reviews industry-related bulletins, notices, and other types of communications and analyzes impacts as assigned, keeping Manager updated

Develops plans for any necessary procedural changes and distributes relevant materials to affected staff

Supports the development of the Executive support staff budget and authorize payments for various expenses throughout the budget year

The Senior Executive Assistant manages the day-to-day operation of the office of the President & CEO, Market Manager or other Senior Executive requiring extensive knowledge of executive operations, policies, practices, and personnel. Requires a high level of discretion, diplomacy and professionalism with wide latitude for independent judgment as this position represents the enterprise at the highest level.

Qualifications:

High School diploma

5+ Years of related experience

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, required

Ability to work directly with the President & CEO and other senior level executives at an enterprise level as well as with other employee levels of the organization

Project management skills preferred and must be flexible with ability to multi-task and prioritize

Ability to remain poised, professional and composed at all times and make independent decisions using good business judgment in a fast paced environment

Knowledge of Company organization, terminology and operations preferred

Ability to work independently without direct daily supervision

Exceptional Customer orientation and service delivery skills

Proven organizational and administrative skills

PC skills including proficiently with spreadsheets, reporting tools and presentation software and software applications
