--Must be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position.
--Undergraduate degree or technical certificate
--7 + years of relevant experience from a business administration, statistical, mathematical, scientific or financial background
--Strong knowledge of balance sheets and income statements and experience with CCAR or other stress testing
--Proficient PC skills including a strong competency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and a variety of PC based analytical and reporting software packages
--Expert knowledge of Business Intelligence & Reporting and the tools and technologies used
--Strong analytical and program solving skills are required to interpret data and draw conclusions
--Excellent written and verbal communications skills
--Proven ability to manage a team of professional analyst
--Prior leadership experience or progressively responsible Department/Bank experience
--Ability to coach and mentor others
--Ability to provide conflict resolution
--Strong ability to successfully balance competing priorities in a fast paced environment
--Provides people management leadership by hiring the best talent, setting goals, developing staff, managing employee performance and compensation decisions, promoting teamwork and handling any/all disciplinary actions, as required
--Oversees and leads a highly complex, and diverse reporting function for CCAR and other stress testing including senior executive and Board Reporting and ownership of the Capital Plan Narrative documentation for regulatory submission
--Strategic partner to leadership team on the management of the Stress Test and interpretation of financials, with deep industry, external / internal, enterprise knowledge, recognizing and anticipating emerging trends and; identifying operational efficiencies and opportunities with other business management / enterprise areas
--Facilitates key strategic discussions and provide thought leadership to executive audience (output may include strategic roadmap and/or deliverables/ frameworks/ short to long term goals etc.)
--Sets operational team direction and collaborate with others to execute on common goals
--Focus on longer-range planning for functional area (e.g. 12 months or greater)
