Department Overview:
This position can be worked remote within the TD Footprint.
The QA Methodology Manager will facilitate the development and maintenance of key QA Methodology processes and framework to support all AMCB Core Operations. This role will also collaborate with the Control Framework and Core Resiliency partners across Core Operations. In this role the QA Methodology Manager will have line of sight to essential key functions, and work directly with Line of Business stakeholders, key business owners, and our 1B QC team to complete full end-to-end process reviews and assessments of existing testing, and work to develop new testing as required. The QA Methodology Manager will also institute routines that will enhance resiliency across Core Operations.

Job Requirements:

Supports the documentation and maintenance of key 1A Control Management frameworks and processes
Serves as a Subject Matter Expert on the control environment and management for Core Operations for areas of focus
Challenges existing processes and controls, and make recommendations as necessary
Participates as a member of the team in executing assigned deliverables in key areas of focus
Supports the Core Operations Control Management team by continuously developing knowledge in own area
Identifies risk and potential control failures, and makes recommendations to mitigate risk, ensuring the timely opening and remediation of self-identified findings as necessary
Provides training and support the line of businesses within Core Operations in increasing their Risk and Control knowledge
Contributes to relevant reporting and key risk insightsEnsures alignment with customer expectations to deliver a WOW! Experience
Requires innovative thinking to develop new solutions impacting areas of responsibility

The Manager, Controls Management uses Risk and Control and Bank Operations knowledge to strengthen and support the control environment across Core Operations. Partners with key risk and control partners across the bank to provide an end to end and consistent approach to managing controls within the lines of business. Analyzes control processes and breakdowns to provide business line support and develop effective solutions.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
7+ years relevant Risk & Controls or Bank Operations experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Conceptual thinker, ability to wade through processes and data and arrive at conclusions
Strong leadership & team collaboration skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyPreferred qualifications:
