Department Overview:

The Head of Commercial Implementations & Process Oversight leads Commercial Loan Operations through corporate initiatives and strategic change. Initiatives or change examples include the introduction of new systems, acquisitions, and shifting job responsibilities. This includes driving all "Change the Bank" initiatives including system simplification, process automation and enhancements. Champions measurable continuous process improvements according to established policies and procedures and applicable legal and regulatory guidelines.

Job Requirements:

4-year degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience required

10+ years related experience required

Excellent understanding of commercial loan administration industry practices, including loan document coordination and preparation, collateral, process improvement and related legal and regulatory guidelines

Strong management skills and experience, with ability to coach, train and motivate staff effectively

Highly organized, with demonstrated ability to develop, analyze, improve and apply complex policies, processes and procedures

Ability to initiate and coordinate projects involving multiple departments

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

PC skills

Job Description:

Provides people management leadership by hiring the best talent, setting goals, developing staff, managing employee performance and compensation decisions, promoting teamwork and handling any/all disciplinary actions, as required

Leads Commercial Operations through corporate initiatives and strategic change; Initiatives or change examples include the introduction of new systems, acquisitions, and shifting job responsibilities; This includes driving all "Change the Bank" initiatives including system simplification, process automation and enhancements

Champions measurable continuous process improvements according to established policies and procedures and applicable legal and regulatory guidelines

Proactively manages controls, drive change and consistency across all products, and deliver on productivity and service level targets

Assesses internal and external customer needs and manages commercial lending support activities to ensure services are delivered according to established high standards. Audits department performance, developing and implementing corrective measures as necessary. Formulates and implements plans to improve performance statistics as needed

Manages and motivates people by creating an environment conducive to the development and retention of diverse and high performing talent

Leads interaction model with key stakeholders to manage SLAs, performance, audit oversight, productivity for Commercial Servicing

Builds and executes Communication strategy across five hubs and remote locations

Delivers on Road to Strong maturity theme attributes for CLOS and alignment with strategic and regulatory programs

Contributes and develops management responses for audit and ACM issues and drive remediation
