Partners with quantitative analysts to develop unique insights on spending patterns in retirement.
Develops and delivers retirement insights to client facing teams through presentations and written communications
Deliver retirement product insights to client facing teams through presentations and written communications.
Clarifies complex topics including Social Security, healthcare costs in retirement and prioritization of financial goals.
Enables client facing teams to have more effective conversations with their clients who are transitioning to and living in retirement.
Represents the Company at civic, professional and bank-sponsored events; serves on non-profit boards and participates in professional organizations
Evaluates cost/benefit of various initiatives across region to maximize results and company resources
Manages assigned resources for optimal efficiency, productivity and client service
Proactively identifies, monitors, and manages risk issues, escalating as necessary to minimize risk of loss/error
Serves as regional resource and support on legal, administrative, procedural, and risk issues

Job Description:
The Retirement Strategy Leader is responsible for delivering the retirement framework for HNW, Institutional and Mass Affluent, including defined contribution plans, along with timely retirement-related insights to all client facing teams. Focused on the retirement income-related client needs specializing in identifying themes, strategies and solutions that can help advisors successfully partner with individuals in the transition and distribution life stages.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below
10+ Years of related experience
Comprehensive knowledge of financial management, retirement solutions and investments required
Financial and professional designations required
Management experience preferred
Ability to negotiate, manage relationships and influence across Business Lines
Ability to multi-task and adapt to rapidly changing business environment
In-depth understanding of ERISA laws required
Systematic, integrated thinker and critical/analytical thinker
Possesses enterprise business acumen, has business and Wealth Management credibility
Strong execution skills and action oriented - makes the tough people and business decisions
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills required
Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and presentation
Completion of a recognized retirement certification program required prior to employment
